Please understand that we are a drop ship company and everything is custom made. Therefore we do not give refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
Be sure to use the size chart when ordering so that you order the correct size. All companies are different so don’t go off of another brand and apply it to this merchandise as it may run bigger or smaller in comparison.
If the merchandise is damaged we will exchange it for you and you will have to contact us at email@example.com so that we can tell you how to go about returning it to us.
After we receive the product, we will submit the new order. Please be patient since this is print on demand and we do not stock any merchandise. It may take 7-10 business days.
Please measure yourself before ordering because we cannot exchange items that are custom made.
